Q2: What happens when my free trial ends?
A: At the end of your 7-day trial, your chosen subscription plan will automatically begin, and your payment method will be charged. This ensures uninterrupted service. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
Q3: How do generation credits work?
A: Each time AltTexty successfully generates alt text for an image (either through single generation, bulk processing, or auto-upload), it typically consumes one credit. Actions within the Playground (generating test alt text) also consume credits.
Q4: What if I run out of credits on a paid plan?
A: Our paid plans come with a generous number of credits. If you anticipate needing more, you can typically upgrade to a higher-tier plan or top-up.
Q5: Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
